Contract Works policies cover damage to the project during the course of construction eg Fire, Storm, Malicious Damage, Impact, Theft of materials from the site etc.
It also provides cover for Public Liability.
Annual Policies
An annual policy covers all jobs commenced during the year.
Single Project Policies
These are taken out on an individual job basis.
