Builders Home Warranty is required by law for all residential work over $12,000 in all states except Queensland and Northern Territory to protect homeowners from non-completion or defective workmanship should their builder disappear, become insolvent or die. In most states, it is not required for developments consisting of over three residential storeys. Cover extends for six years from completion date.

Builders Warranty Eligibility
A builder must have Eligibility with a Builders Warranty Insurer before applying for a Builders Warranty Certificate.
We can assist you with your Eligibility Applications and Eligibility Certificates are generally issued within one (1) to three (3) working days from receipt of the builder’s information. Eligibility is granted for a twelve (12) month period to obtain Builders Warranty Certificates.
Builders Warranty Certificates
These can be arranged quickly and efficiently at anytime as projects arise. The Certificate(s) can normally be issued within twenty-four (24) hours, upon receipt of Payment of Premium. In some cases we are able to issue the certificate on the spot in our office.
Retrospective Warranty
In some special cases we are able to arrange retrospective Builders Warranty.
